As part of the revitalization of SOMA, the Southside of Main Street, AMR teamed up with Paul Page Dwelling to build new modern homes on three consecutive Rock Street lots. The town homes were designed to be affordable and energy efficient to encourage young families to move back to the neighborhood. The homes are a more cost effective option to our two condo towers.
