The three-story private residence is nestled into the hillside of an old Little Rock neighborhood. Large expanses of glass face to the south and look into a thick wooded park while the north side has minimal windows for providing privacy. Efficient interior space planning was practiced in order to keep within a small footprint as well as pay respect to the small scale neighboring houses.
